How do I choose between Infiniti minor and major service?

My Infiniti Q50 is due for a service and I am stuck on whether to go for the minor or major package. The workshop gave me two prices and the difference is quite big which made me pause. I do not want to overpay for work the car does not need but I also do not want to skip important checks and regret it later. I have been looking for a professional guide to choosing between Infiniti minor and major service because every workshop seems to define the two differently. What actually gets done in each one? Is the major service just the minor plus a few extra items like spark plugs and fluids or is there more to it? Also how do I know which one my car needs at around 90,000 km because I have not been very consistent with servicing in the past. Any advice would really help me avoid wasting money or missing something important.
