Sends it to the relevant party (usually an architect or engineer).
Receives a written response with clarification or instructions.
Implements changes based on the response.
The RFI includes:
A clear question or description of the issue
Relevant reference documents (drawings, specs, etc.)
Proposed solutions or alternatives, if any
Submission to the Design Team.
